fix: trust cache.nixos.org signing key 94bc5dea5c

refactor: move system-level packages from home-manager to nixos config ... cb52f4953b

- Extract desktop apps (qq, telegram, keepassxc, wireshark, remmina)
  into platforms/linux-desktops/common-apps.nix
- Move direnv, starship, wireguard-tools to common-packages.nix
- Move qemu to virtualisation.nix; conditionally install docker-compose
- Remove rclone package, config, and systemd mount service
- Replace chromium with chromium-cli wrapper (strip share/)
- Add asdf-vm and cargo-cache
- Unify bash/zsh micromamba hook via build-time nix store path
- Guard direnv/starship hooks with command -v for cross-platform
- Enable zoxide; keep defaultPythonEnv commented
