chore: bump channels to 26.05 and restructure NAS ZFS layout ... 6d17087ec3

- nixpkgs, nix-darwin, home-manager: 25.11 → 26.05
- nixos-wsl: follow nixpkgs-unstable (no release branch)
- NAS: reorganize ZFS datasets (data/nixos/* → rpool/*)
- Replace micromamba with mamba-cpp wrapper for correct binary path
- Migrate SSH config from matchBlocks to settings (HM 26.05 API)
- Rename neovim extraLuaConfig to initLua (HM 26.05 rename)
- Adopt xdg.userDirs.setSessionVariables = false (26.05 new default)
- Remove wireshark-qt and kirigami-addons from linux-desktops
- Set boot.zfs.forceImportRoot = false with mkDefault
