  • replace init.lua/without-coc.lua with 9 numbered lua modules
    (options/ui/edit/completion/lsp/format/telescope/edgy/dap)
  • neovim + plugins from nixpkgs-unstable (0.12.5); keep lua env consistent
  • completion: nvim-cmp + vsnip -> blink.cmp + friendly-snippets
  • neodev -> lazydev, lsp-status -> fidget, comment-nvim -> native gc +
    ts-comments, markdown-preview -> render-markdown, papercolor ->
    tokyonight
  • formatting: conform.nvim (format on save, LSP fallback) + nvim-lint
    (ruff); formatters (nixfmt/stylua/prettierd/ruff/rustfmt) into
    extraPackages
  • telescope: add fzf-native, Enter opens via :tab drop, directories jump
    into find_files; netrw disabled; edgy pins trouble/quickfix/terminal
    and tt opens the bottom terminal
